SELF-LEVELLING COMPOUND FOR FLOORS
 
USAGE
Used for levelling floors made of cement, stones and other minerals.
Used as a substrate for glazed tiles, parquet, coverings and carpets.
COMPOSITION silica sand, limestone dust, cement, polymers and plasticizers.
 
MIXING
Pour clean tepid water into a mixing bowl to 21-22%. 5,2-5.5 liters per 25 kg package.
Add dry powder and mix carefully until the mixture is completely wet.
Wait for 3-5 minutes and stir once again.
Check that the mixture is completely homogenous.
Ready mixture to be used within 45 minutes after adding water.
 
APPLICATION
Clean loose particles and dust from floor surface.
Use UNINAKS ADHESIVE DISPERSION for treating the sub-floor.
Mixture can be poured or pumped out.
If necessary use a spiked roller or a leveling lute to aid levelling.
Thickness of the levelling compound shall be between 3-30 mm.
 
 CURING
The floor is foot traffic-resistant in 4-6 hours.
Final flooring can be laid in 1-3 weeks (depending on room temperature and moisture content).
Compressive strength of the hardened floor is over 24 MPa.
 
CONSUMPTION
1.7-1.8 kg/m2 of dry powder per 1 mm/layer.
 
LIMITATIONS – WARNINGS – TIPS 
Mixture to be used in ambient temperatures from + 10 0C up to + 35 0C.
Floor levelling compounds are not to be used on surfaces containing oil, grease and light fuel oil and on soft or not moisture-proof substrates.
Curing process shall not be accelerated with heating the floor or ventilating the room.
Avoid direct exposure of sunshine on freshly laid floor.
The product contains cement. Contact with water causes an alkaline reaction. Can cause skin irritation. Upon contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. For more specific information please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
 
STORAGE
Shelf life in original package and dry storage
conditions up to 1 year.
