KIIRBETOON NAKS KB
QUICK SET CONCRETE NAKS KB
For FILLING, LEVELLING AND CASTING WORK requiring speed
Compressive strength class C30/37
For pouring levelling layers.
For various casting work for preparing concrete surfaces and for repairing old concrete.
For casting smaller concrete structures, for improving assembly faults.
Used indoors and outdoors.
Filling compound (0-4 mm), quick set cement, additives enhancing treatment.
Pour the required quantity of the dry mix in the mixing bowl or mixer.
Add water 18% of the mix weight. (4.5 litres per 25 kg bag)
Stir mechanically or manually until the mix is completely wet.
The once mixed mixture should be used within 10-15 min. after adding water.
Compressive strength class of hardened concrete C30/37.
A 25 kg bag makes approx. 12 litres of ready concrete. (0.012 m3)
Concrete hardening in normal conditions will achieve the following approximate compressive strength values:
2 hours 15 MPa
4 hours 20 MPa
6 hours 28 MPa
24 hours 30 MPa
28 days over 37 MPa
NB! Lower temperatures slower the hardening process of concrete.
Dry mix density 1.6 kg/dm3
Average water absorption coefficient
C =0.1 kg/(m2 .min.0.5) EVS-EN 1015-18
Working temperature +1 0C to +30 0C
RECOMMENDATIONS – WARNINGS
When working with quick set concrete the temperature of the substrate and environment shall be in plus degrees. The newly poured concrete must not be allowed to freeze.
When drying fresh surfaces shall be protected from rain and direct exposure of sunshine.
The temperature of the hardening concrete rises significantly.
The product contains cement. Contact with water causes alkaline reaction. Can cause skin irritation. Upon contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. For more specific information please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
Store bagged mix powder in dry conditions.
The storage time of mixed powder is 6 months.
