FIIBERBETOON NAKS FB
FIBRE-CONCRETE NAKS FB
REINFORCED CAST AND LEVELLING CONCRETE
Compressive strenght class C30/37
Used for interior and exterior application.
Used for levelling various concrete surfaces that need to be highly wear-proof and take heavy loads.
Also for renovating and reinforcing floors and concrete surfaces, and for strain-hardening of fresh concrete.
AREAS OF APPLICATION
Warehouse and garage floors, driveways, concrete surfaces taking heavy loads, concrete surfaces in severe weather conditions.
COMPOSITION
Quartz sand, Portland cement, synthetic fibre (25 kg bag contains ca 1 million fibres, each 2 cm long), polymers and plasticisers.
PREPARATIONS
Pour the necessary amount of mix into the mixing bowl
Add water 15-20% of mix weight. (3.75-5 litres per 25 kg bag)
Mix mechanically or by hand until thoroughly wet.
Let stand for a while and mix again.
Clean background of loose particles, paint, dirt, etc.
It is recommended to dampen backgrounds with water or apply adhesion dispersion (NAKKEDISPERSIOON, AS Uninaks).
APPLICATION
Common working methods are used to apply fibre concrete.
Avoid rapid loss of water. Dampen if necessary.
Ready-made mix can be used for 4 hours.
Maximum layes thicness up to 1 cm
THANKS TO FIBRE CONCRETE:
Cracking in fibre concrete lessens 60-90% compared to concrete that is not reinforced.
Impact resistance increases ca 100%.
Cracking due to shrinkage lessens.
Workability increases considerably.
STORAGE
Bagged mortar has to be kept dry.
Storage time is 1 year.
