FAST-SETTING, SELF-LEVELLING FLOOR MIX
 
Nobenaks is used for levelling floors of concrete, stone, tile and other solid mineral materials. The mix is poured or pumped with a special pump for fast-setting mixes onto the floor. When adding water stir the mix mechanically or manually until thoroughly wet. Working time up to 30 minutes after water has been added. The floor is walkable in 5-10 hours. Compressive strength after the final setting is at least 24 MPa. Tiling of the levelled floor can be carried out after 24 hours. Floor covering can be applied after 1-3 days.
 
Product coverage: 8-9 kg/m2 at 5 mm thickness.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT
Self-levelling floor mix for levelling of floors under various types of covers; to be applied manually or with a pump.

USAGE
Used for fine-levelling of floors made of concrete, stone and other hard minerals.
Used as a substrate for parquet, coverings, glazed tiles, carpets, etc. For internal use only in rooms with no permanent exposure to water. Can be used on top of underfloor heating systems.

COMPOSITION
Special cements, sand, additional additives and fillers, polymers and plasticisers.

PROPERTIES
Flow-properties of the ready-mix as per EN 12706 140-150 mm. Tensile strength of the hardened mix over 1 MPa and compressive strength not less than 30 MPa.

MIX PREPARATION
Add tepid water 21-22% of the weight of the mixture. 5.25-5.5 litres water per 25 kg bag. Mix carefully until the mixture is completely wet. Wait for a couple of minutes and stir once again. Check that the mixture is completely homogenous. Ready mixture to be used within 15-20 minutes after adding water.

APPLICATION
Clean loose particles and dust from the floor surface. If needed, use a vacuum cleaner. Treat the sub-floor with adhesive dispersion. Let adhesive dispersion dry a couple of hours (touch-dry). Mixture can be poured or pumped out with a mixer pump. If necessary use a spiked roller or a steel smoother to aid levelling. Thickness of the levelling compound shall be between 3-30 mm.

CURING
The floor is foot traffic-resistant within 2-3 hours. Final floor can be laid in 7 days, depending on the layer thickness, room temperature and moisture content.

CONSUMPTION
1.7 kg/m2 of mix powder per 1 mm/layer. 8,5 kg/m2 per 5 mm/layer

LIMITATIONS – WARNINGS – TIPS
Mixture to be used in ambient temperatures from + 10 0C to + 35 0C.
Levelling compound is not to be used on surfaces containing oil, grease and light fuel oil and on soft or not moisture-proof substrates. Curing process shall not be accelerated with heating the floor or ventilating the room. Avoid direct exposure of sunshine on freshly laid floor.
The product contains cement. Contact with water causes alkaline reaction. Can cause skin irritation. Upon contact with eyes rinse immediately with plenty of water. For more specific information please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.

STORAGE
Shelf life in original package and dry storage conditions is up to 6 months. Production date is on the package.
