MASONRY MORTAR NAKS M100
POLYMERIC HIGH QUALITY MASONRY MORTAR FOR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL USE.
COMPOSITION
Quartz sand (max. grain 3 mm), white or grey Portland cement, lime, polymers, plasticizers.
APPLICATIONS
For constructing of masonry, facades, chimneys and fireplaces from bricks, sand lime bricks and various blocks.
PREPARATION OF USE
Pour necessary amount of powder into suitable container or mixer.
Add water in amount 13-17% of powder weight. (3,25 – 4,25 litres for 25 kg bag)
Stir mechanically or manually until compound is homogenous.
Leave compound for a while and stir again.
Use prepared plaster during 4 hours.
MORTAR CONSUMPTION
To one brick with dimensions 250x120x65 mm 0,6-0,8 kg of mortar
To one perforated brick with dimensions 250x120x65 mm 0,8-1,0 kg of mortar
To one facade concrete block with dimensions 190x 90×57 mm 0,4-0,5 kg of mortar
To one exclay block with dimensions 490x200x185 mm 1,2-1,4 kg of mortar
STORAGE
Packed powder should be stored in dry room
