GYPSUM PLASTER
Used for filling gaps, joints, cracks and for primary partial plastering.
Recommended for filling gaps between doors, windows and walls and for installing electrical cables in walls.
Can be used for filling gaps and joints with the depth up to 50mm.
After the final setting the plaster becomes extra strong and has a good adhesive capability.
Add water 38-40%.
Suitable for the use in dry and low-moisture conditions at the temperature above +0 ˚C.
Plaster dries in two stages. Up to 12 hours it can be easily treated with abrasive, later dressing is difficult as fully set plaster becomes very hard to tool. Working time is 15-20 minutes after adding water.
When applied to a wall, the plaster acquires early strength within 20-60 minutes. It is recommended not to use coarse gypsum plaster for covering large areas, but gypsum plaster SILER-4, a product by AS Uninaks, should be used instead.
Adhesive strength with the background after the final setting is at least 1 MPa.
Composition: gypsum ca 47%, ground limestone ca 40%, Portland cement ca 10%, plasticizers and polymers ca 3%.
Grain size >0.63mm.
